SMILEMORE YT NETWORK provides Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and digital goods. Therefore, standard physical shipping policies do not apply.
All services and products (Music Distribution, Mixed/Mastered Audio Files, Poster Designs) are delivered digitally. No physical CDs, Pen Drives, or documents will be shipped to your address.
Once your payment is successfully verified:
- Studio Services: Digital files will be shared via Google Drive/Email within 24 to 48 hours.
- Music Distribution: Songs will be submitted to global stores within 24 hours. However, it may take 2 to 5 business days for stores (like Spotify) to make the track live.
You will receive a confirmation message on your registered WhatsApp number and Email once your order has been successfully delivered or processed.
